Returns & Refund Policy

Absolutely! If you don’t love your item, we would be happy to offer you store credit. Refunds should be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. See our Return Eligibility criteria below. Although we're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes accidents happen. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you! Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

Faulty Or Damaged Goods

 

 

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge and without delay.

 

 

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

 

 

If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print at support@olewallart.com and our team will be happy to assist. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

 

 

All prints should exactly match the products portrayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at support@olewallart.com so we can investigate further and arrange a reprint (or exchange) for you as a matter of priority. Free of charge of course!

 

 

Cancellations And Changes

 

 

You may cancel or make changes to an order, up and until the time your order has been dispatched usually within 24 hours of placing the order. In this case, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit or a full refund. After an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes will not be possible. As we endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for cancellations or changes need to be made as soon as you can.

 

 

Change Of Mind

 

 

We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully. A great trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you're considering and blue-tack it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.

 

 

However, if you have a change of heart once your print arrives, simply return your print to us within 7 days of the date on which you received it. We will exchange or replace your print for another of your choice (to the same value). All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us by email at support@olewallart.com and we will advise you on the next steps. Return Eligibility

 

 

The returned print needs to be in an 'as new' condition and complete with all original packaging. As you will remain responsible for the goods until they reach us, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt, and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned. If a product is returned to us that is not in 'as new' condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you in lieu of an exchange.

 

 

Our Change Of Mind returns policy is limited to one cycle of return and exchange per order. As such, prints purchased using store credit will not be eligible for exchange.

 

 

Prints created to custom requirements are excluded from our Change Of Mind returns policy. This includes prints cropped to a different size, custom portraits and/or prints with colour modifications as requested.
